Some of us have financial weekly or daily goals. Now if you are a camgirl you are probably familiar with the word “Camathon”, if not and you are new to the industry, you will learn what a “Camathon”, is in time. A camathon is generally a time when we are behind our goals, maybe took vacation time, were sick, that time of the month, or just plain lazy. The one thing that never stops is our bills. We need to pay the rent, electric, car payments, and buy food and what not. Oh how could I forget and pay for our internet so we can earn money. How much a camgirl make depends on how many hours she works. So when we pull a camathon, we cram as many hours into a day or three days, for instance, to make up our goal. I have to pay my rent and buy food, I need $1200 so I decided to work 14 hour days for the next three days to reach that goal and then can take a day off.
So let’s think the essentials of what we will need to keep us going. For starters, we are going to rely mainly on our diet and rest. You are not going to pull a 14-hour shift straight through. You’re going to need nap breaks. Be sure to rest in between shows. I would suggest don’t start off with the big guns, you know the super sized dildo that makes it impossible to walk after a few hours. Start off your shift nice and easy, and quite frankly use it until you have to pull out the super big toys. I generally make them pay me more for using larger toys. In between a few hours, take a 15-minute break. Get up walk around, go outside and get some fresh air, do what you need to do to keep yourself going. You can even google a motivation video on YouTube if that helps as you walk away from your cam for a few minutes. If you need longer and need to shut your eyes and take a cat nap just to revitalize yourself, do it! These are pretty good tips to keep you earning towards your large goal.
Diet is going to be another key factor while pulling a camathon. Be sure to have water with you. Water will keep you hydrated. Especially pulling a long shift. Another tool used during camathons are 5 Hour Energy or RedBull. Sometimes you just need that extra boost. Some girls will even take a shot of alcohol, but just a shot to up their mood. Whatever you do, don’t actually drink a ton of alcohol, keep it to a very bare minimum. Guaranteed if you drink alcohol, you will not make it through your camathon. Drink tea and coffee also. Food intake during a camathon. During a camathon you need to eat healthy, forget the McDonald’s, pizza, chocolate bars and all that yummy junk food. You need proteins that give the body energy. Feel free to indulge in a bottle of wine and chocolate cupcakes after you camathon. Quite frankly, you earned it! Let’s talk about high protein foods, proteins are a necessity during this time
